I see these are from quite a while ago, but I am having the problem with a new iPod touch and my Airport Express. They worked together fine when I first used it at home, but ever since I connected using Wi-Fi networks at public places, it won't work here. I found it was due to "Access" settings. The 'default' "unlimited" setting was "none" and should be on everyday, all day. Don't know how many folks this applies to but it's why my ipod wouldn't connect, seems I locked out everyone but the few mac addresses with specified access times. I see "my" network, also, shows locked. I have to manually input the information as well.
