Did anyone ever find a fix for this? I see these are from quite a while ago, but I am having the problem with a new iPod touch and my Airport Express. They worked together fine when I first used it at home, but ever since I connected using Wi-Fi networks at public places, it won't work here. I have searched every setting and tried different tricks, but nothing seems to work. Help!

I've been using my iPod touch on my Airport Extreme for a long time, then one day my iPod wouldn't connect. I found it was due to "Access" settings. The 'default' "unlimited" setting was "none" and should be on everyday, all day.
Don't know how many folks this applies to but it's why my ipod wouldn't connect, seems I locked out everyone but the few mac addresses with specified access times.

Leslie,
In the wifi settings, set the 'Ask to join networks' to Off. That should do the trick.

Same thing here. I see "my" network, also, shows locked. I have to manually input the information as well.

My question would be, how would you set it to be able to connect as desired without having to keep entering all the information into the iPod?

Hello,
I also have a Airport Express and it is working on my Mac, but the iPod Touch identifies the network and let me log in, but when it comes to really using it, it says it can't find the server... I tried what was mentioned above but couldnot fix it!

Any other tip!

Thanks
